  • Ingredients
  • 1 cup of milk
  • 3 tablespoons white chocolate flavoring syrup or white chocolate chips or chopped bar chocolate
  • 1 ½ ounces of espresso or 1 tablespoon instant espresso plus 3 tablespoons of hot water to dissolve
  • 2 tablespoons Whipped Cream
  • Marshmallows for decoration Optional

  • Method
  • Heat your milk. If you’re using the microwave, use 20-30 second intervals, then stir and test. The flavor of the milk will change if you overheat it. Use a frother or one of the methods listed above to whip it until the surface is nice and foamy.
  • Add your flavoring syrup to your cup.
  • Pour in the espresso and milk, and whisk everything together.
  • Top with whipped cream.
  • If you’re feeling feisty, add some marshmallows to give this the ultimate presentation.
  • If using white chocolate chips or a bar chopped into chunks:
  • Heat the white chocolate together with the milk in a double boiler over medium-low heat, stirring until combined. Pour into the cup over the espresso. Whisk together, and top with whipped cream.
