  • If you have a vacuum flask or cocktail shaker you’ll get a really nice milk foam effect (and really well-mixed matcha as part of the deal). Add the ingredients and ice cubes, and give your flask or shaker a vigorous rattle for around 30 seconds. The ice will melt ever so slightly and break apart. It’s almost like a super healthy cocktail.
  • Ingredients
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1 tablespoon Matcha
  • 1 Tablespoon Vanilla Syrup or another flavor of your choosing
  • 1 handful of ice cubes


  • Method
  • Pour milk into a large glass or mug
  • Add your matcha powder and, using a milk foamer or spoon, stir until fully incorporated (with no lumps)
  • Add your syrup and stir
  • Add ice cubes and give one final stir.
  • Add a straw and enjoy
