Jason is part of a new website called GeekFit.com. GeekFit is a project that Jason and his friend Steve Klassen started a few weeks back and just recently launched their first Podcast. If your unfamiliar with the term Podcast, it is a way for people to have their own radio show on the internet. This podcast focuses on health and fitness for geeks (people like Steve & Jason). There are many ways to listen to it but the easiest way is to go to the website at:

http://www.geekfit.com and click the image to listen to an episode.

New shows are expected to be released weekly over the internet and are available in: downloadable MP3 format, flash player directly on the website, via itunes music store, and any RSS capable podcatcher.

As a sidenote, Jason started changing his lifestyle on March 26th by signing up for a Gym membership at the local 24 Hour Fitness. His weight at the time was 256 lbs and as of today (April 13th) he weighed in at 248.

Listen to the podcast to hear more about the life changing adventures of Steve and Jason.
