I’m not sure if we’ve told most of you that read this website. Last month we received a letter stating that we had 30 days to move out of our house we are renting. The place we were renting from no longer wanted to manage their own property and is wanting to sell, because of this they hired a property management company to clear out our home (and their other properties as well). We received the letter on the 25th of July and that would have required us to move by the 25th of August. Back around the first of August I asked the company that we’re currently renting from if they would give us until the 10th of September to move out. They agreed and we going to start moving ort stuff to the new place on the 7th so it will give us enough time to move and be 100% out by the 10th.
The new place is an apartment. We’re moving from a 3 bedroom 2 bath house to a 2 bedroom 1.5 bath townhouse style apartment (common areas on bottom floor and sleeping quarters on second floor). The place is spacious and will work for us just fine. It isn’t a proper replacement for a full size house, but we’ll make it work. I’m hoping our next move will be to a house we’ll own and not another rental.
